I am an attorney dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complex process of bankruptcy. I understand the challenges our clients face and am committed to providing personalized solutions to their financial difficulties. With years of experience in bankruptcy law, I am passionate about guiding clients toward a fresh financial start.

I graduated from Washington State University with a BA in International Business and Economics in 1995, and went on to obtain my JD at the Willamette University College of Law in 1998. I am admitted to practice before Oregon State Courts, Washington State Courts, and the United States District Courts in these two states.
 

I have worked on thousands of bankruptcies throughout the course of my career, and have briefed and argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. I have also appeared before the Oregon State Legislature on multiple occasions advocating for expanded debtor asset protection statutes.
 

I was born and raised in the Northwest and have been married to my wife Kristi for over 30 years, and together we have two grown children. When I'm not hard at work assisting clients, you probably will find me enjoying a round of golf, at a Mariners game, out distance running, or spending quality time with my family and friends.

I have been a bankruptcy paralegal for over 15 years. I love being able to help clients navigate through the stress and challenges that needing a bankruptcy can create. Helping to remove the pressure of financial worries as smoothly and stress-free as possible is my main goal.

I was born and raised here in Oregon. I am married with three grown children and three grandchildren. In my off time, I enjoy cooking, reading, computer and board games, knitting/crochet and spending time with my grandbabies.
